LAW, CINDY JO
Cynthia Jo Woods Law, 44, of Bowling Green, died at 12:05 p.m. July 20, 2010, at The Medical Center.
The Bowling Green native was born Sept. 4, 1965. She was a cafeteria worker for the Bowling Green Independent Schools at Parker-Bennett-Curry Elementary School. She attended Providence Knob Baptist Church and helped at the Other Side Fun Park Bingo. She was a loving daughter, wife and a wonderful mother to her daughter, Hanna. She was a friend to all. Cynthia loved people and lived life to the fullest. She loved her dogs, Herbie and Smokey. She was a daughter of the late Joe Woods and Sheila Robinson Woods, of Bowling Green, who survives. She was preceded in death by grandparents, aunts and uncles.
Funeral is at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Broadway Avenue chapel, with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation is from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. today and from noon to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Survivors include her husband of 18 years, Donald C. “Don” Law Jr.; a daughter, Hanna Rayann Law, of Bowling Green; her mother and best friend, Sheila Woods, of Bowling Green; mother-in-law, Jean H. Law, of O’Fallon, Ill.; father-in-law, Donald C. Law Sr., of Smiths Grove; a grandmother, Lucille Graham, of Bowling Green; a grandmother-in-law, Metta Bridger, of Lebanon, Ill.; a brother-in-law, Joe Law, of Bowling Green; a sister-in-law, Jesse Davenport and her husband, Jim, of Bowling Green; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and special aunts, Sherry and Judy.
